Society meets Science – open conversation on Climate Risks: How can the latest science in climate predictability help us?

Join Impetus4Change and the Bjerknes Climate Prediction Unit for an engaging side-event dedicated to fostering dialogue and knowledge exchange among scientists, users, and providers of climate information. Hosted on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, from 17:30 to 19:30 CEST, the event will take place in the “Galleriet” room at Kulturhuset, Vaskerelven 8, 5014 Bergen.

This informal gathering will feature thematic discussions set up at different round tables, where participants will engage in small group conversations for a designated period, typically 15 minutes. Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to rotate to new tables, facilitating diverse interactions and insights.

The primary objective of the evening is to facilitate maximum exchange and mutual learning, allowing all participants to share their experiences and perspectives on climate change within their professional spheres.
