Hackathon “Le climat en données” 

From 2 to 4 December 2025, Météo‑France and the Direction interministérielle du numérique (DINUM) will host a hybrid hackathon (Toulouse + online) to explore brand‑new climate projection data for mainland France and overseas territories.

Participants will tackle a variety of challenges, from building sector-specific applications (e.g., agriculture or energy) and integrating socio‑economic data, to applying AI for anomaly detection or climate narratives, modeling impacts like water or health risk, and visualising uncertainty for different audiences.

The hackathon welcomes data experts, developers, designers, researchers, public servants, students, journalists, and citizen scientists — regardless of their prior experience with climate data.

This event offers a unique chance to test and improve these cutting‑edge datasets, shape the future of climate‑adaptation tools, and connect with a diverse community passionate about climate resilience.
